We are looking for a motivated and talented MEAN Full Stack Developer to join our small, but talented and fun dream team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Must possess strong analytical skills to be able to break down complex problems into smaller atomic units of work.
  • Must be able to develop application modules independently and fix any bugs promptly.
  • Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint.
  • Designing and developing user interfaces using AngularJS best practices.
  • Making complex technical and design decisions for AngularJS projects.
  • Developing application codes and unit tests in AngularJS, Java Technologies, and Rest Web Services.
  • Act as a mentor to the junior resources and provide technical guidance.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
  • Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience. Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible
  • Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
  • Be responsive to change requests and feature requests. Conduct and participate in project planning & scheduling, design discussions, and provide assistance during testing.
  • Willing to learn and adopt new technologies in a short period of time as required by the project. Will require to produce technical documentation as the requirements of the project.
  • Should be able to do performance engineering and identify and fix bottlenecks.

Good to have

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI / CD, Gitflow, and shell scripting will be considered positively.
  • Experience in using Git & VSCode.
  • Good grasp of UI / UX concepts.
  • Sound understanding of JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks and design patterns.

Qualification and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or similar.

Required Skills

  • Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and Express.js (or Any Framework), Angular JS.
  • Need a clear understanding of JavaScript and Typescript.
  • Good skills of either RDBMS (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent).
  • Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing ReST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client.
  • Must have at least 3 year’s experience in MEAN Stack development.
  • Experience in developing responsive web applications.
  • Sound understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to participate in local and remote Sprints.
  • Working knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
  • Proficiency in cross-browser development and troubleshooting.
  • Experience building Responsive websites for web, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation
  • Portfolio of work required. Include examples of all areas of interaction design (user flows, wireframes, final graphical display)
