We are looking for a motivated and talented DevOps Lead to join our small, but talented and fun dream team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Team Lead
  • Participate in client calls and understand the problem statement.
  • Come up with a complete technical / Architectural proposal
  • Able to compile Architectural diagrams
  • Present to the client and respond to queries.
  • Spearhead the kickoff process in setting up the base infrastructure for the project
  • Guide and mentor other senior and junior engineers and bring them up to speed.
  • Should be able to handle multiple projects in parallel and support the DevOps part.
  • Suggest and participate in Org level discussions in making future decisions and selection of technology.
  • Come out with innovative and amicable solutions for business problems.

Qualification and Education

  • Any computer science master’s degree.
  • Consistent track record of performance during education.
  • No gaps in career.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of current trends and technologies
  • Hands-on with DevOps Azure, AWS, GCP etc.,
  • Hands-on enterprise-level application deployment and design.
  • Scalability and Extensibility of solution.
  • Microservices, Load balancers 
  • Database backup and restore, replicate etc.,
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Analytical and reasoning capabilities to take or suggest solutions to problems in hand during client interactions.
  • Bitbucket ( Good hands-on with any SCM tool )
  • Project tracking tools like JIRA / Azure etc.,

Additional Notes

  • We prefer immediate to 20 days joiners.
