Ltd. is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Sr. Client Recruitment / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who can handle end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and client management. We are in search of a deadline focussed passionate IT Recruiter with complete knowledge of the recruitment process who can run the show from our office located at Bilekahalli (Off Bannerghatta Road), Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Research into client’s company and develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs.
  • Research into competitors and marketplace.
  • Apply your advanced sourcing skills to identify talent.
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Follow-up references and check credits.
  • Present shortlisted candidates.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Research and develop recruiting leads and develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.
  • Mentor juniors and handle the team..
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a full-lifecycle, research, or pure sourcing role gained within a complex corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and technical recruiting.
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships both internal and external.
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
  • Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Possession of strong analytic skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
